RESERVATIONS
NEW holding policy: I'm happy to hold items for you, but some general abuse has forced me put a 3 week restriction into effect. Some exceptions may be made from time to time, but for the most part, don't bitch at me if I put something back in rotation if you've had it on hold for more than a month. Now that Malignant accepts credit cards, there's really no reason why this can't be adhered to. Thank you.
EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with a selection, we are willing to take that item back and extend credit, on the condition that the item be returned in exactly the same state in which it was sent out (not including shrink wrap of course). Items returned damage in any way will be sent back immediately and no credit will be extended. No exceptions! This includes CD and vinyl, not cassettes. Exchanged items will be sent fourth class mail, otherwise it's hard to turn something resembling a profit.. Credit will be given only one time per initial order...ie, I will not keep accepting stuff back just because you can't find something you like.
