Soizu is a project based in Barcelona and formed late 2008 by Amaia Garrosa and Iker Ormazabal from Euskadi, Soizu combines Butoh dance and dark sounds with elements of Dark ambient, Industrial and noise resulting a very strong visual performance. Live at the Steinklang Festival / Vienna 2004 this is the second live DVD release in a series of 8, documenting all 14 live acts on the big 3-day Steinklang festival in october 2004. Tthe complete festival was filmed with 3 professional TV-cameras by a team of skilled multimedia freaks. The first 7 releases will be 2 complete concerts on each DVDR, limited to 150 copies each. For this edition, we're treated to cold, analogue sounds from both acts. Tormentum hitting with hard rhythmic elements and a vocals attack. Thorofon, with the sensual Genevieve Pasquier fronting the stage, mix pulsating analogue wavelengths with minimalist-electro rhythms and reverberating power electronics. Outstanding stuff.. $6.00
